Let your sustainability evolve

The transition to a low carbon economy is one of the great challenges of our time.

There could be more than 300 million electric cars on the road by 2040 and in a world with more car sharing and autonomous vehicles, this could mean that about 30% of passenger car kilometres could be powered by electricity.

As long term business strategies endeavour to move away from fossil fuels and towards alternative energy sources, companies such as Heathrow Airport, Ikea and Unilever are joining up to the EV100 initiative, to encourage global business commitments to electric transport.

To that end, the UK government has a goal to end production on all petrol and diesel vehicles by 2040.

Sustainability is everyone’s responsibility. Individual opinion and education plays a crucial role in how the collective consciousness views a carbon-reducing reality. It’s time to work together, share ideas and let our sustainability evolve.
